HOW DO I BOOK MY PICNIC?
Once you've reviewed our packages and themes, head over to the "BOOK" page to fill out the booking request form. Enter all of the details for your picnic and we will email you a custom quote for your picnic or event within 24-48 hours after submitting. To secure your booking we will require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before your event.
WHERE DO YOU HOST PICNICS?
We bring the picnic party to you! Enjoy your picnic experience at the location of your choice, whether it be your private property, an airbnb, event venue, or even the park. Please note that most public parks do not allow you to host a picnic of more than 15 people and do not permit alcohol.
If you are not able to host the event on your property, consider booking a venue space, or providing a permit for your preferred location. Feel free to contact us if you are looking for some recommendations.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
The sooner the better! Submit your booking request form as far in advance as possible to ensure you can secure your preferred date and theme. We want to accommodate your vision as best as possible, so the more notice the better if you have any special requests to take your picnic experience to the next level.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that things change! Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your event. We will refund you 50% of your deposit if notified at least 14 days before the event. If your cancellation request is made with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit and all remaining payments will be cancelled.
We are happy to reschedule your picnic within 3 months of the original date (preferred date is based on availability). Reschedule requests must be made with at least 14 days notice.
WHAT IF THERE IS INCLEMENT WEATHER?
We know that weather can be unpredictable! In the event of inclement weather, we can reschedule to another date based on availability, or relocate the picnic to an indoor space. We recommend having a back-up location if possible. Please request to reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled picnic. We will soon be offering a bubble tent as an add-on option, which can accommodate smaller picnics in case of bad weather.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
Yes, of course you can! Our base packages do not include any catering or food, as many of our event requests are just for the set-up and rental of our beautiful picnics and tablescapes. We are more than happy to provide food as we work with a few caterers. Check out our add-ons on our packages page for the options we offer!
